The popular seaweed slices are refined with high-quality rapeseed oil and fish oil powder - and without any added sugar! Nori is dried and roasted seaweed that has been considered a delicacy in Asian cuisine - especially in Japan and Korea - for centuries. Nori contains valuable minerals such as iodine, iron, calcium and proteins. Nori is particularly popular as a cover for sushi or as a crispy snack.
