1. Fry meat (e.g. chicken) and vegetables (e.g. carrots, potatoes, onions) in a pot.
2. Add water and bring to the boil.
3. Break the Java Curry Roux into pieces and dissolve in the hot liquid.
4. Simmer, stirring, until the sauce thickens and everything is cooked through.
5. Serve with rice and garnish as desired.

Preparation:

  1. Dice 500 g beef, 2 potatoes, 2 carrots and 1 onion.
  2. Fry everything in a large pot.
  3. Add 800 ml water and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in 185 g Java Curry Hot and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice - optionally with pickled radish (Fukujinzuke).

Preparation:

  1. Chop broccoli, peppers, sweet potatoes and zucchini into small pieces.
  2. Fry with a little oil, add water and curry roux.
  3. Let simmer until the vegetables are soft.
