Preparation:
- Cook rice noodles for 5-6 minutes, drain and rinse.
- In a pan, fry onions, garlic, tofu and vegetables.
- Add the noodles and mix with a sauce made from soy sauce, lime juice, peanut butter and a little maple syrup.
- Serve with fresh sprouts, peanuts and coriander.
🍲 Vietnamese pho soup with vegetables
Preparation:
- Bring the vegetable broth with ginger, star anise, cinnamon and soy sauce to the boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
