The fine 3mm organic rice noodles consist of only three ingredients: rice flour, tapioca starch and salt. Preparation:

  1. Cook rice noodles for 5-6 minutes, drain and rinse.
  2. In a pan, fry onions, garlic, tofu and vegetables.
  3. Add the noodles and mix with a sauce made from soy sauce, lime juice, peanut butter and a little maple syrup.
  4. Serve with fresh sprouts, peanuts and coriander.

🍲 Vietnamese pho soup with vegetables

Preparation:

  1. Bring the vegetable broth with ginger, star anise, cinnamon and soy sauce to the boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  2. Cook rice noodles separately according to instructions.
