🥥 Coconut banana muffins with coconut flour

Preparation:

  1. Mash 2 ripe bananas, stir in 2 eggs, 50 ml vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 50 g BIOASIA coconut flour.
  2. Optionally sweeten with a little honey or maple syrup.
  3. Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Let cool and enjoy.

🍞 Gluten-free coconut bread with chia seeds

Preparation:

  1. Mix 100 g coconut flour, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 teaspoon baking powder and ½ teaspoon salt.
  2. Add 4 eggs, 200 ml water and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and mix well.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool completely and enjoy – perfect with spreads or sweet toppings.
