🥄 Garlic curry with chickpeas
Preparation:
- Fry 1 tbsp ASHOKA garlic paste in oil.
- Add 1 diced onion, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon cumin and 1 teaspoon garam masala.
- Stir in 1 can of chickpeas and 200 ml of pureed tomatoes.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, season with salt and fresh coriander.
🍗 Indian butter chicken with garlic paste
Preparation:
- Marinate 500 g chicken pieces with 1 tbsp ASHOKA garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, yogurt and tandoori spice.
- Fry in the pan and set aside.
- In a second pan, fry the onion, tomato puree and spices with garlic paste, then add the meat.
- Refine with cream and serve hot.
