🍲 Japanese miso soup with tofu and seaweed

Preparation:

  1. Heat 500 ml water (do not boil).
  2. Dissolve 1-2 tablespoons of miso paste in a little warm water and add to the pot.
  3. Add diced tofu and soaked wakame seaweed.
  4. Let sit for 2 minutes, garnish with spring onions and serve.

🔥 Miso marinade for grilled chicken or vegetables

Preparation:

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons miso paste with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar and 1 teaspoon honey.
  2. Rub chicken or vegetables with it and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook on the grill or in the pan - especially delicious served with sesame seeds and spring onions.
